The scanning stick

The photogrammetry rig can be rearranged into a vertical configuration for fast scanning at various heights.

Adding some mini super clamps to a carbon fiber pole, I can set these in 1-2 foot intervals for multi height shooting. Ideally there would be 3 cameras per level to get a field of view at around 220 degrees. Although mirrorless cameras are lighter than DSLRs (at least my Sony A6000's are) the downside is in bulk it makes the pole extremely heavy, especially when extended.

A future experiment may be to use Raspberry Pi Zero Ws with the HQ camera module and 120 FOV fisheye lenses.
